You have to strip and glue, then fit everything together in a very short space of time. Experience has shown that glue weakens the pipe and it becomes brittle when the pipe is buried.<\/p>\n<p><strong>For connections with jointed pipes<\/strong>, it is possible to have a well-installed network if you take your time. Then you can readjust the connections. The jointed pipe and fittings can withstand bending and movement due to ground settlement, but there will be no breakage at the fittings.
