Spreading with the BATIPAND SN4
As part of the wastewater management system following the septic tank, the BATIPAND SN4 drain field allows the soil to be used to treat pre-treated effluent. A superior system both technically and financially, requiring minimal maintenance, it is nevertheless essential to conduct a soil study to verify that the soil possesses the necessary physicochemical characteristics, is sufficiently permeable for proper drainage, and prevents backflow.
Spreading trenches
For the system to be optimal, it must meet specific characteristics:
- Footprint greater than 100 m²
- No planting, permeable paving, or vehicle traffic is permitted in the area.
- Shallow trench dug and spreading pipe laid on gravel
- Trench length of up to 30 meters
- If the slope is greater than 5%, it will be necessary to make perpendicular trenches.
- Installation more than 3 meters from property boundaries, 5 meters from the dwelling and 35 meters from a well used for drinking water consumption.
